1. About Instant Hires

Instant Hires is a talent agency that provides startups with dedicated SaaS sales professionals. All contractors are hired, vetted, and managed by us. Clients are billed weekly for the work performed by assigned sales reps.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Disrupt or interfere with the website or related services
Submit false or misleading information

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate business and billing information
Respect agreed working hours and responsibilities of assigned reps
Pay invoices in a timely manner (weekly or as otherwise agreed)
Communicate feedback and expectations clearly

4. Contractor Engagement

All sales professionals are engaged and managed directly by Instant Hires. They are not employees of client companies. Clients may not bypass Instant Hires to engage contractors directly without written consent.

5. Payments and Billing

Clients are billed weekly for services rendered by Instant Hires contractors. Payment terms and rates are agreed upon before work begins. Late payments may result in a pause of service.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared between clients, contractors, and Instant Hires is treated as confidential. We will not share your data or business details without consent, except where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

Any materials, strategies, or documents created by Instant Hires or its contractors during the engagement may be used by the client for internal business purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide excellent service, Instant Hires is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific sales outcomes.

9. Termination

Either party may end the engagement with notice. In such cases, clients are responsible for all unpaid work up to the termination date.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be available on our website, with an updated “Effective Date.”
